Founded in 2022 by Don Welch, BBB Construction was born from Don’s lifelong love of working with his hands and bringing building projects to life. After retiring from a successful career in education in 2023, Don turned his full attention to growing the business, completing projects that range from small decks and roofing jobs to full home remodels.
In 2025, Don’s son, Blaine, joined the team as a licensed General Contractor. With his knowledge and expertise, Blaine adds a new level of craftsmanship and professionalism to our family-run business.
